I just had the most amazing experience with Dr. Lee & her kind & compassionate team, starting from the moment I checked in. Yasmine ,at the front desk, is very friendly & competent. The dental hygienist, Briana, is very gentle & extremely thorough! As a recently retired dental hygienist,(44 years of practicing) I can definitely say she is fantastic! Dr. Lee is so thorough & gentle! I didn’t even have the slightest discomfort through the entire visit, even while doing the anesthetic !!Her chair side manner was amazing. The assistant, Katy, was very sweet & competent! My smile has never looked better! So happy to have discovered this office! Very highly recommend! ~ Mary M

This was my first time visiting Wendy Musolf practice. I was told that she is one of the best. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They make you feel as if you have been apart of their practice for a long time. I was also pleased how Wendy took the time with me and explained all the details about my procedure. Wendy pointed out a fracture in my upper molar that my other dentist did not detect. I was experiencing problems that went unnoticed by my dentist but Wendy was on point. Once again I would like to thank Wendy Musolf for a wonderful first time experience. Keep up the great work. ~ Antoine P

I'm very particular about who works in my mouth as sitting in a dentist's chair is not something I take lightly! :-0 Dr. Musolf has a gentle, friendly and caring manner which always makes me feel comfortable while she does her job very expertly. In addition, everyone on her team is always very warm and competent. Dr. Musolf has been caring for my teeth for a very long time (15-20 years?) and there's simply no other dentist that I would go to. All of my family, including wife, children, local relatives and now grandchild, go to her, as do many friends. I always feel well cared for, as do my teeth! :) ~ Bob L

Dr. Lee is by far the best dentist I've had. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes out of her way to deliver the best possible treatment outcomes. As someone who has had a lot of dental work done, Dr. Lee is the only dentist who has gone the extra mile for me, effectively developing and executing a comprehensive long-term treatment plan in coordination with top specialists across multiple disciplines. Further, she has an incredible and professional staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs. Modern Haus Dental is without question the best dental practice in the DMV. ~ Scott B

Update for August 2020: I have visited Dr. Musolf's office during the COVID-19 pandemic and felt completely comfortable being in the office. It is very apparent that the entire staff is committed to their patient's and each other's safety, while still providing a great experience. Dr. Musolf and her team are exceptional. The staff are friendly, professional, and you can tell that they do truly care about the patients. Dr. Musolf is thorough, gentle, and I appreciate that she takes her work very seriously, but is always lighthearted when chatting with me. I highly recommend Dr. Musolf and her team! ~ Valerie B

As a new patient, I was happy to experience exceptional care from Dr. Lee and her assistant Ms. Yaz! They both had compassionately acknowledged my fear of needles and made sure I felt at ease. They used this thing called BufferPro to mix with the anesthetic to reduce burning sensation upon injection. I was amazed that I didn't feel a thing! Her gentle touch and explanatory approach made the appointment incredibly smooth. Great experience overall. The dentist and her assistant were incredibly kind and took the time to get to know me beyond just the treatment, which made the visit feel very personal and comfortable. Even though dental work isn’t usually pleasant, they made it as easy as possible. She uses tools that help distract from the needle and another device that keeps your mouth open comfortably without causing strain. I went in for a cleaning and more, and they were extremely thorough and meticulous. After my visit, I was experiencing pain, and she made time in her busy schedule to make sure it was addressed properly. Highly recommend. ~ Marie T

Dr. Lee is a terrific dentist, her whole practice is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Visits are comprehensive and I always leave appointments with a good understanding of my dental health as well as any improvements I can do to maintain/improve the health of my teeth, my gums and my smile. I recently had a crown fall out, Dr. Lee quickly fit me into the busy pre-holiday schedule to repair it as well as ensured me she was available for consult w/backup in place during the holidays if needed. I have visited Dr. Musolf and her staff on two separate occasions; once for dental cleaning and once for restorative care. Leading up to and during both procedures, Dr. Musolf and her staff were compassionate, professional, and accommodating far beyond what was expected of them. As someone who has especially sensitive teeth, I dread visiting the dentist. Dr. Musolf and her assistants were especially sensitive to my anxieties and went above and beyond to explain everything they were doing before and during both procedures. The dental cleaning was expeditious and left my teeth cleaner than they had been in years. The restorative procedure was painless and carefully executed, thanks to Dr. Musolf's high attention to detail and unmatched technical skill. There is no question in my mind that Dr. Musolf is extremely knowledgeable and current in her craft. In my opinion, she is one of the highest-performing dentists in the area, and I, the nervous patient, will not hesitate to return to her for dental care over the coming years. ~ Christopher B

Dr. Lee is absolutely wonderful! She’s everything you could hope for in a dental professional. She’s kind, thoughtful, personable, experienced, patient, and funny. She’s not satisfied with anything less than perfection. And for long appointments, she will even play a favorite TV show or movie on YouTube on the screen above your chair. After having various dentists in the previous years, I had an initial consultation with Dr. Lee and the entire experience was wonderful! Her staff members were very accommodating and it was evident from the jump that they wanted to make my appointment as seamless as possible. Dr. Lee is very thorough and efficient. Like most Americans that don't floss regularly, I generally expect nothing less than a harsh scolding from my dentist when I visit them. I run the gambit of excuses of why my dental hygiene is less than perfect. The "I just been too busy to floss" is my go-to; like any dentist buys that. I been to several dentists, so I know the "drill." Ms. Musolf takes an approach that can only be described as non-damaging to ones pride. She doesn't focus on the "why's" of how you been slacking on your grill game, or the "how's" of your avoidance to polishing your fangs; just the solutions and prevented measures from here on out. If Johnson and Johnson's Baby Shampoo slogan "No More Tears" wasn't already taken, I'm sure it could be aptly applied to Ms. Musolf's practice. In short, my ego wasn't hurt, my pride remained intact, my mouth went in filthy (sans profanity) came spotless like it was washed out with soap (not unlike my childhood punishment for profanity). Ms. Musolf didn't hurt my feelings, my mouth or my wallet. Oh, and it's a super clean spot with friendly staff. ~ Zachariah D

My experience with Dr. Musolf’s was exceptional, particularly because I have not had the best experiences in the past. The Dr was very thorough and the assistant I think her name is Carla, she was very attentive and could sense I still had some nerves getting the best of me. The patient care coordinator Kim, took time to follow up with me the next day and see how I was feeling after my treatment. I recently switched to Modern Haus Dental after my previous dentist closed due to a corporate acquisition. Dr. Lee and her team went above and beyond to take me on as a patient mid-treatment, seamlessly continuing my Invisalign care without interruption. Dr. Musolf is the best dentist I have had! She clearly explains every procedure and answers each question with patience. She is very thorough in her work, with great results. She is compassionate and considerate. When she referred me to a periodontist for gum surgery he told me that I was lucky I was referred when I was, because "Most dentists wouldn't have caught this so early. Dr. Musolf is VERY good." I want to tell you that Dr. Kristy Lee, at Modern Haus Dental has blown me away with her dental extraction skills. My fear is needles and her numbing technique was phenomenal. I have been through so much in my lifetime and was extremely nervous because I too was traumatized as a teenager. And even though I had dental treatment prior to Dr. Kristy Lee. I love this office and feel very fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Lee. She is a caring dentist who is extremely skilled and thorough with her work. Her office team is wonderful too. Dr. Lee and her team are fabulous. They are highly responsive and do everything they can to ease dental anxiety. At my first appointment they asked me what my favorite genre of music was so that they could play it throughout my appointment.
